Thank you to our Friends!!

Not only did Brigid take great care of the hairball-horking menagerie, she washed the sheets and remade her bed, AND stacked the mail in order of importance for us to find.  As a plus, Cocoa Pebbles treats were left in the fridge and a smiley note was on the table.

Thanks also to Engineering Johnson for the airport/car help as well!  Made the transition part much smoother!

It was my first vacation EVAH and her presence at the house made it the most relaxing one anyone could ask for.

Observations and stories from the road over the next few days…..

    Brigid was fantastic! I had no worries and it was fun seeing her post stuff while we were gone. Definitely one of the benefits of having a blogging friend housesit!

    Guffaw – ha! Thanks for the chat on my bluetooth on the drive home. Glad you survived your pet sit weekend with shins intact.Midwest Chick – it was such fun. You left me such good food and treats, the house was clean and full of books so I had little to do and I only caught the cats using my credit card online once to order the Demeter perfumes:”RedheadInBed”, “Cinnamon”, “Butterscotch”, “Marshmallow and “Riding Crop” were the fragrances that showed up via the UPS man).

    Brigid–I'm just glad the cats also didn't have your Amazon logon. I can't imagine the amounts of catnip that would have been delivered.NFO–I know, and it's fantastic to have such friends that they would, with a smile, take on the hairballs that Goldie-cat can create.
