Mitch Daniels is on the fence about signing enrolled SB #1 which was designed by Sen. Charbonneau to restore our Fourth Amendments rights and mitigate the effects of an Indiana Supreme Court decision last year.  Give the Gov a call and let him know he should sign this Bill into Law.  His office number is:  317-232-4567.

I know the moron that tried to take away our rights is a friend and appointee of Daniels, but his mistake needs to be corrected.  Now.  It arrived on his desk last Friday and he’s got a week to decide.  The people need to tell him to decide on the rights of citizens to defend themselves from ANYONE who is breaking the law.
