….Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, Oklahoma, and Tennessee. Another 28 states are now applying for waivers from the piece of crap legislation that IS actually Bush’s fault. At what point do you stop writing waivers and repeal the legislation altogether since it’s proving to be an unworkable money sink??

Good point… if they'd take the $$ that admin skims off, and actually use that to PAY good teachers, we'd see a lot of improvement!

You can still use the legislation to penalize the good schools for not being compliant enough.
