It seems to be a growing trend in Europe to declare that multiculturalism is a failure since it has evolved to be not multiculturalism, but the forcing of an ideology and religion (islam) on countries, using their laws against them.  I’ve blogged about it and it’s one of my soapbox issues. 

Pat Condell (via Advice Goddess) says it plain and true–and he also brings up a point that might tip many British folks to the idea that a Bronze Age religious ideology might not be the best thing for the 21st century, especially when halal and animal cruelty laws collide and then hopefully this misplaced idea of multiculturalism will fall like a house of cards.
