Via Drudge:  In an article from iafrica.com, the France’s former justice minister is talking about rising foreign prices in Canal Plus when she says:   

 “When I see some of them looking for returns of 20 or 25 percent, at a time when fellatio is close to zero, and in particular in a slump, that means we are destroying businesses,”

 I’m not exactly sure which businesses are being destroyed by a slump in fellatio (perhaps only the prices are rising in France), but can make a guess.  I always thought the oldest profession was almost recession-proof though.
