B has a video up that is pure genius. There is so much truth in the ‘Immunity Drug’ and how it removes consequences from people’s actions.

Qualified immunity truly allows for tyranny in all levels of government because folks are not held personally responsible for their wrongdoing and taxpayers pay the price twice (once for their salaries and again to pay for their malfeasance). They don’t even have to be elected officials, just ones that work for the government (accountants and engineers): local, county, state, or federal.

Well done, Institute for Justice.
