There’s been a lot of talk about the overuse of the autopen to sign things like pardons. Word is that staffers were scared shitless of one person. And that person was the one using the autopen to sign documents even when Biden was away from the White House.
According to The New York Post’s Steve Nelson, a key Biden aide may have exceeded their authority by unilaterally determining what documents to robo-sign.
An insider told The New York Post that he feared this key Biden aide: “I feared no one as much as I feared that [staffer]. To me, [the staffer] basically was the president,” the person said. “No one ever questioned [the staffer]. Period.”
So if they can show that the person using the autopen didn’t have the authority to do so, then a bunch of stuff could be null and void.
First we have to find that person. We know that Rahm Emmanuel was a mafia enforcer type both when he worked for Obama and when he was Mayor of Chicago–cornering people in the shower and sending dead fish to people. So who was the Biden version of Tiny Dancer?
Trump is moving forward on this. It looks like the only pardon that might not have been an autopen was Hunter Biden’s.
