Like a bolt from the blue. The authoritarian Federal government must control everything Dems, having painted themselves into a corner on men participating in women’s sports, found an ‘out’.
That ‘out’ being the 10th Amendment.
The majority of US citizens do not want men playing against women. They damn skippy don’t want men in women’s locker rooms. But yet EVERY SINGLE Dem Senator voted against a law that would prevent that. Let’s just say that they’ve stepped on their dicks, collectively. And they know it.
To counteract the backlash from 80% of the country, Democrats are trying to claim that it’s not that they agree that women should be forced to share teams, locker rooms, and bathrooms with men, but that it’s not an issue that the federal government should handle. It should be left to the states.
So they and their echo chamber are now advocating for this issue to be handled on a local level. It’s actually hilarious since these are the same people who called on the DOJ and the FBI to go after parents who complained about this at school board meetings.
