A Tale of Two Cities

Chicago, a city of approximately 2,600,000 people, received 50,000 illegals, it being a sanctuary city and all (so they asked for it).  They’ve spent $400,000,000 of Illinois and federal taxpayer dollars to private companies to take care of them.

Let’s contrast:

The city of Springfield, Ohio, a non-sanctuary city, with a population of approximately 60,000, had around 20,000 illegals dropped in their laps.  They’re getting $2,400,000 from the state to help deal with the strain on public services.

This includes their school system.  Which has just received (most likely) as many students who do not speak English as the CPS.

Four years ago, Shay said the district’s English Language Learner (ELL) population started around 250 students, and they are now up to about 1,150 to 1,200 that meet the national and federal standards of needing services. There is a total of about 1,750 to 1,800 students who are non-English natives, and Shay predicts there will be 2,000 students by January.

So with resources being stretched so thin, who do you think will be prioritized?  Not the native, US population because that’s not the way that things are done.

Time for some re-migration (sending these people back to their point of origin).
