    Actually, I think that the meme is very wrong. I suspect that in reality, a near MAJORITY of the members of Congress were ACTUALLY elected to represent one or more countries OTHER than the US. THAT is the problem. For sure, the majority of voters didn't think that was what was going on, but here we are…and have been for quite some time. The dual citizenship of dozens is a good place to start…but nobody ever will.
