Yeah, Obama’s third term has been spent re-establishing every clusterfuck that Trump fixed.  And so Title IX has been re-done.  Not only does it now include the term ‘gender identity’ in regards to sexual harassment, it puts back the ‘single investigator’ model previously used by universities to discriminate against men.

Currently, institutions are barred from using the so-called single investigator model in which one person investigates, adjudicates and issues any sanctions against those accused of sexual misconduct. They’re also required to allow advisers to cross-examine the complaining and responding parties along with any witnesses during a live hearing. Ending the single-investigator model and requiring cross-examination were key changes in the 2020 rules aimed at ensuring those accused of misconduct have due process rights.

 One thing that wasn’t included, but certainly will be should this November’s election be stolen again, is: 

 a proposal released a year ago that would prohibit blanket bans barring transgender students from participating in the sport consistent with their gender identity.

In essence, there’s a setup for the future designed to override states’ rights regarding keeping men and boys out of women’s and girl’s sports.

They continue to push to appease a small minority of very vocal people.
