 As if we needed any more proof that the Fourth Estate is hopelessly corrupt, we have this:

A White House correspondent on Friday pressed Karine Jean-Pierre, Biden’s press secretary, over why the President hasn’t stepped in and federalized the National Guard so he can stand them down and allow Border Patrol in, as Texas has blocked Border Patrol from coming in to cut razor wire in Eagle Pass, Texas.

“At a certain point, Texas guard — Texas National Guard soldiers and National Guard soldiers from other states are being used to frustrate federal authority. They are being used to get in the way of federal immigration enforcement and to flout a court order from a federal court,” said the reporter, believed to be White House correspondent Andrew Feinberg of The Independent.

It’s clear that the press is either trying to cause the next Civil War, or they were complicit with the Biden Administration to actually ask this question.  In this world, it’s likely that it was thrown out to see how the idea would fly with the larger public since electioneering is starting to amp up.
