Anyone up for hypoxia and organ damage?

 As the mask nannies gear up the fear machine, they are all mentioning the infamous N-95 mask.

But here’s the thing.  From the CDC:

When HCWs are working longer hours without a break while continuously wearing an N95 FFR, blood CO2 levels may increase past the 1-hour mark, which could have a significant physiological effect on the wearer (Lim et al., 2006)*. Some of the known physiological effects of increased concentrations of CO2 include:

  • Headache;
  • Increased pressure inside the skull;
  • Nervous system changes (e.g., increased pain threshold, reduction in cognition – altered judgement, decreased situational awareness, difficulty coordinating sensory or cognitive, abilities and motor activity, decreased visual acuity, widespread activation of the sympathetic nervous system that can oppose the direct effects of CO2 on the heart and blood vessels);
  • Increased breathing frequency;
  • Increased “work of breathing”, which is result of breathing through a filter medium;
  • Cardiovascular effects (e.g., diminished cardiac contractility, vasodilation of peripheral blood vessels);
  • Reduced tolerance to lighter workloads.

So that’s just the side-effect from the mask itself and CO2 buildup.  But there’s more.  There’s the masks themselves:

Researchers from Jeonbuk National University in South Korea looked at two types of disposable medical-grade masks, as well as several reusable cotton masks.

The study found that the chemicals released by these masks had eight times the recommended safety limit of toxic volatile organic compounds (TVOCs).

Inhaling TVOCs has been linked to health issues like headaches and nausea, while prolonged and repeated has been linked to organ damage and even cancer.

Of course everyone remembers the toxic masks handed out to children in Canada, right

And of course they don’t prevent getting any respiratory infection anyway.

 They are merely a control mechanism, like a dog muzzle.  Nothing more.  Florida’s Surgeon General says to not mask.  I concur.

  1. Back during “COVID Cycle 1” some places required masks, especially medical facilities. They required them, but did not enforce how they were worn. If one was a bit sloppy in wearing it – nose fully exposed – nothing was said, and they probably considered that person an idiot because “they didn't know how to wear a mask.”There was also quite wide latitude in what was considered “a mask;” almost universally, wearing something made of cloth got one past the mask nazis. I ran across something mentioning that N95 masks outgassed when new so I left a couple in a south-facing window for a week or so, then carried one in a ziplock bag just in case I forced to use an “approved face mask.” Still wore it sloppily. What I find very interesting is the number of people, sometimes entire families, still wearing masks. Not people I would want as neighbors. Anon 2

Definitely not people I would want as neighbors because they are scared and useless.Avraham–And control. Masking dehumanizes and I think does have an effect on the wearer.NFO–With you.

  5. When required I only wore modified panties from my wife, even had a fancy blue lace pair for special places. Only 3 complaints ever. Never had my pic taken so often either,lol.

  6. At the start I bought two masks from a fake mask company. The first looked just like a cloth mask but was as easy to breath through as a screen door. When looked through against a light it was easy to see the light, but against your face it looked completely normal. The second one I bought was for insulting people. It was a mask made of a mesh of about 6 holes per inch. It looked like it had been made out of some working girls nylons. But it was a “mask.”
