I can't imagine why there's a decline in confidence towards universities…

When they are creating degrees in ‘Victim Studies’.  Yep, it’s true.  Sam Houston State University proudly (good grief) announced it’s new program:

The Department of Victim Studies is the very first in the nation! In this department, students have the opportunity to work with faculty who are passionate about issues pertaining to victimization and care about sharing that interest and their knowledge with students. Students in both the undergraduate and graduate program will take courses that directly relate to victims. Students also have the opportunity to participate in research with faculty, become involved in the community through civic engagement projects in courses and participate in events through the student organization housed in the department, the Crime Victim Services Alliance (CVSA).

Indeed, some schmuck can major in victim’s studies or get a master’s degree.  And if Biden’s puppetmasters have their way, we’ll end up paying for it.

    A dear friend any myself once had a conversation where we concluded that should the future Archeologists even care to research it, they will conclude that HuMankind will have ceased to evolve in and around the late 1980's / early 1990's. Why? Because we put all our resources in to the WEAK and the Feeble… or.. the VICTIMS as it were.It was about then that the “Culture of Victimization” set down it's roots.And seeing THIS… pretty much confirms our hypothesis.Pretty sad as we're both in “Recovery” and fully believe the only VICTIMS of our affliction? Are those that DIED from it… and the poor, innocent family members who's lives were destroyed by our deplorable and reprehensible behaviors.As to those of us that are Recovering? Hell, VICTIMS? If we were to wallow in the self-pity of VICTIMHOOD… we never WOULD recover.If these “Victims” are seeking sympathy, they can find it in the DICTIONARY… right there between SHIT and SYPHILLIS.RANT OVER and I DO… feel much better. Thank you MWC. You da BOMB.

    Real victims like all the children that are being trafficked and raped and murdered around the world, or pretend victims like multigenerational welfare recipients who may or may not have had ancestors that were kidnapped and enslaved by african muslims and sold to slave traders? There is a big difference.

    Boneman–Thanks for sharing your story. And yes, if someone is constantly thinking of themselves as a victim, they never take responsibility for their actions and therefore cannot grow.realwesterner–Children are the true victims, for sure. Anyone trying to equate the fact that they didn't get their mochachattalatte that morning with them should have to trade places with them.Avraham–Agree.
