The NYC police department is becoming even more sorely depleted than it was. Not surprisingly, cops are leaving the Big Apple’s force without full pensions, just to get out.
It’s so bad that even the illegals don’t want to be there.

Chicago isn’t that far behind. They’re even losing their football team to the suburbs.
